Bonus funds may carry a rollover requirement which must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be made from the associated bonus balance. qbaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to a player's account if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

You may close your qbaji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided there are no outstanding investigations into your account activity. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

qbaji reserves the right to terminate any account and these Terms immediately and without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement, or if we determine in our sole discretion that continuing to provide services to you is no longer appropriate. In the event of termination by qbaji for breach, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld and applied against any losses or costs incurred by qbaji as a result of your breach.
